Dear Mr. McCormack,

When I contacted you several months ago to inquire about your services, you were the only person that took the time to explain what my husband and I would be facing over the next few months. We were stressed and scared about our unknown future. You were straight forward and very helpful. My questions were always answered promptly and adequately. You and your team constantly exceeded my expectations. I never thought the outcome of my husband's trial would have turned out as well as it did. Because of your knowledge, your strategy, and your team's helpfulness, my husband and I are together. We will never forget what you did for us. Thanks to you and your team for everything.

Dear Greg & Melody,

I hope your start to 2012 is as hopeful and optimistic as mine. I certainly would not be as excited about the New Year if it weren’t for your exceptional legal skills and devotion to my case. I was beyond impressed with the personal attention that you both, as my attorney and paralegal, gave to me during this most difficult period in my life. I have never seen such a combination of professional and personal attributes in anyone I’ve ever done business with. Today’s day and age of fast paced modernism has brought about so many changes that it is very nice, and rare, to see a professional who genuinely cares for the welfare of his client. I knew from the initial consultation that I had found the right legal team.

My life was shattered by the events that brought me to your office only 7 months ago. I had been to a couple of consultations before I met with you. I remember being extremely impressed ( and surprised ) to receive your call at 7:30 pm after, literally, 30 minutes from submitting a referral request on your website. I am even more impressed now that I know how busy you are. A first impression is a lasting one and this told me a lot about your concern to help my situation and the dedication you have to your practice.

I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of both the civilian and military legal systems you showed me during our initial consultation. They are very different, and your knowledge of how they intertwine and affect each other is a priceless attribute that makes you and your team an invaluable asset to have on your side. I remember the advice other attorneys gave me before consulting with you and it still makes me shudder; had I listened and retained their services, their lack of knowledge of how both legal systems work together would have surely resulted in a poor outcome as I look back on how you handled my case.

I was very nervous on my day in court, but I appreciated your candor in explaining every possible outcome and what our game plan was. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. I remember seeing some weak attorneys that day who were visibly intimidated by our very strict judge. Your representation met my every expectation in court. Your aggressiveness and knowledge of the law in front of the judge was directly responsible for having my case dismissed.

I dealt with Melody as my paralegal many times during the months leading up to my case. I was extremely impressed with her attention to detail and quality of work. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My record is completely clear thanks to your efforts, hard work, and dedication to both my case and the spirit of the law. I can’t thank you both enough for the quality of work you do. I hope you both have a wonderful 2012 Greg and Melody!

Dear Mr. McCormack,

It would be so easy just to go out and buy a pre-printed "Thank You" card and sign our names to say thank you for what you have done for us. But a card has never been written that can tell you how much we appreciate the hard work and dedication you have shown in these past months. This has been the hardest and most stressful time of our entire lives. When we didn't know which way to turn to seek legal help, Beth found you.

You and your staff have been there every step of the way to answer any and all questions that we've had. You have shown us both compassion and understanding during this ordeal. Your dedication has gone far beyond what we ever expected. There were times that you responded to questions in e-mail that were sent late at night and sometimes early in the morning. When something unexpected came up, you reacted immediately and always in our best interest. You seemed tireless in your efforts. At times it felt as though we were the only clients that you were working with.

There was never a moment that we didn't have total and complete trust in your advice and counsel. You always explained to us in great detail what was going on and what the possible outcome could be. Never once did you make a promise as to what would happen in the end. We sincerely appreciate your honesty and sincerity no matter how difficult it was to hear.

The final outcome was far beyond what I had prayed for and better than I believe even you expected. You have given us our life back and we plan to fade into a normal life as before. As I said, there is no card that can express the total extent of our gratitude and sincerest thanks. With that in mind, may I just close by saying thank you.

Mr. McCormack,

The entire [name omitted] family would like to convey our personal thanks and gratitude to you and your staff for the excellent defense you provided for our son, brother, nephew, and cousin, [name omitted].

We learned of [name omitted] situation just weeks before he was to go to trial. He carried that burden alone for nine whole months. [Name omitted] is very private and feels that he can work through and solve any problem he encounters on his own (very independent). Needless to say, we were devastated and heartbroken, but never afraid of the outcome.

We believed in God! Matthew 21:22 says, “All things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”

We took [name omitted] situation to our Pastor and our Deacon and our family members who in turn, along with us, took it to God.

We kept a prayer vigil going even when the trial was in progress. We know God can perform miracles more than one time and it was proven through you, in your defense of [name omitted].

We are forever grateful to you. We continue to send up praises of thanksgiving to God for safely delivering our son and for you, Mr. McCormack, for being the instrument that God used.

Greg,

I think you are a terrific lawyer and I admire your professionalism. I am very happy with the job you did for [name omitted]. I miss my daily emails!

Office Staff – you are all very kind and nice on the phone. That is such a pleasure when troubles invade your life and you can’t think straight. I cannot thank you all enough. Hopefully, we won’t meet again. I wish you all a wonderful life and I will never forget you.

Mr. McCormack,

Sir, it was a little over a year ago when (name omitted) and I came to you with our son (name omitted) situation. You taking on your case gave us a calming relief that we had not experienced since trying to take care of the matter ourselves for over 5 months. Our anxieties, aggravations and frustrations had finally come to an end.

You took an unbearable situation and made it bearable for us. You also taught me a few things that I will never forget. You truly cared about our problems, put us at ease, and answered all of our questions. We were no longer alone in our fight. You saw to it that everything that was needed to be done for (name omitted) was done. Your determination, caring, kindness, compassion, thoroughness and your professionalism are the very qualities that make you such an incredible attorney! You are a credit to your profession!! We are so very grateful to you for everything that you have done for us!!!

Your have a wonderful staff that is reflective of the kind of attorney that you are. They have been extremely nice to us and were always reassuring. We will never forget you or your staff; it is not often that you come across such exemplary people in life. It has been an honor and a privilege.

Dear Greg D. McCormack,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent work throughout (name omitted) case. It was truly awesome! Thank God!! Without you we couldn't be able to reach this successful conclusion of this case. Again, we deeply appreciate everything and May the Lord bless and guide you always as you continue to defend the weak in our society. God Bless!!!!

Dear Greg,

I want to personally thank you and your associates for the outstanding legal support you provided me in preparation for my board. The board's decision was favorable and I could not have done it without the diligent work and meticulous preparation that you and your staff provided. I would like to especially thank your paralegal, Gary Lemmons, for his outstanding support and professionalism throughout the entire process.

If any of my friends, colleagues or relatives requires legal services in the future, I will immediately refer them to your firm. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Dear Greg,

Thank you so much for all that you have done. I could not have picked better representation. Thank you again Mr. McCormack and thank you to your excellent team of folks, especially Mr. Gary Lemmons. You have gained my up most respect for the work that you do.

Dear Greg,

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for the impressive, well-thought out & honest speech you gave to Judge **** today!! I have faith in the honesty of lawyers now! I know that I speak for many others in saying that **** punishment has already been served (actually, I think a fine should have been enough) & that should have been it; but I realize that this was quite a MIRACULOUS decision not to go by those damn guidelines in a federal case!! It's something that needs to be changed in the law, that each case should be judged individually. Anyways, I was completely riveted to your every truthful word today & wanted to tell you how grateful I am--this decision has changed the course of my life as well as his immediate family and I am eternally grateful for everything you've done for ****.

Dear Mr. McCormack,

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!! My feet have not touched planet earth yet!!!!! Scott tried to call yesterday but I was out mowing the lawn and missed his call............I hope he knows!!!!! I am so excited!! You are the best, best, best lawyer in the whole world!!!!!!!

Gary,

You were the first person we contacted at the firm dealing with our situation. We were immediately impressed with the proactive tone you set from the beginning. Your professionalism continued throughout the case up through the great hand-over you executed with Theresa. Thank you for all of your hard work and for giving us peace of mind when we so desperately needed it!

Dear Mr. McCormack,

I cannot express in words the level of sincere gratitude I have for Theresa, Jarrett and you for finally bringing this nightmarish ordeal to a satisfactory conclusion. This has undoubtedly been the most stressful and unsettling time in my life not only from the severity of the charges filed against me but the uncertainty of the future. I was literally on the verge of a nervous breakdown and haven’t eaten or slept right in months.

The time that we spent talking in person or via phone was the only true moments of tranquility. Not only did you preserve my 22 year career but my life and the future of my children as well. From our initial meeting and consultation I felt completely at ease with you and had implicit trust. You and your staff have been there every step of the way to answer any questions that I've had and provided consistent communication the whole way through.

Your compassion, understanding and brute honesty has proven most helpful during this ordeal. Your predictions came true and unfolded almost exactly as you advised me that they would, always keeping perspective and never being overly assured, in no way leading to false hopes, all the while instilling the right amount confidence and trust. As there were some severely desolate possible outcomes. I have prayed for months for a miracle and when you called with the good news that my charges were withdrawn it were like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders.

Again in closing the level of appreciation I have for you and your staff is immeasurable. If an opportunity arises in the future where I find a shipmate in need of the best legal assistance that could possibly be provided no doubt they will be directed to Mr. Greg McCormack and his wonderful staff. God bless!

Mr. McCormack, I will first like to thank God then you! You are indeed the best at what you do. You and your team (Ms. Teresa) from day one have given me professional, first class service that has been worth every penny. I thank you and Teresa for the bottom of my heart.

PS. I'm so glad I did not go with the military counsel as a primary.

Dear Greg,

In June 2009, my husband and I were celebrating life. Our youngest son just celebrated his first birthday; our oldest son was gearing up for first grade. I had just began a second career with the deaf, Cliff was excited about his upcoming deployment with the United States Navy, and we were about to buy land in the country to build a home. We were living out the American dream, and thanking God for His blessings. Then, suddenly, our world came crashing down with one phone call, one meeting, a handful of mistakes made by others, and plenty of tears. After fifteen years of dedicated military service, Cliff was looking at being forcibly discharged, through no fault of his own, leaving him and our family enveloped in panic and unsure of the future.

We began searching for civilian representation the same day. We were not having much luck talking with anyone, as it was past business hours on a Friday. After locating your information through your web site, Cliff and I thought we would at least leave a message after feeling inspired by your client's testimonials. As we sat on the front porch overwhelmed with worry, our tension was broken up by the telephone ringing. Within hours of learning about our unfortunate predicament, you called and immediately starting setting our minds at ease. You discussed your experience and took time to address many of our concerns. Your knowledge of military law and your expedited response placed us in your office within days.

Thus began our year long journey with you, Greg, and you provided our family not only with legal expertise but also emotional support throughout a difficult year. You and your staff were always available and enabled us to overcome every barrier that was set in our way. Your passion and confidence bled through to us, and with every passing day we found comfort through your legal counsel and professional advice.

In June 2010 our well-traveled road became one paved with hope, praise, and joyous tears when Cliff was found without fault, retained in service, and promoted to Lieutenant. Now, thanks to your diligence, persistence, and devotion to innocence, my husband is looking forward to his future assignments with the military. Due to your vast knowledge, and if it is God’s will, Cliff will breathe the salty air and sail the seas until he retires.

Everyone must remember that bad things happen to good people. God allows us to experience the trials and tribulations of this earth in order to grow and become closer to Him. In our case, not only is that true, but it seems He also blessed us with a guardian angel.

Thank you, Greg. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
