I hope your start to 2012 is as hopeful and optimistic as mine. I certainly would not be as excited about the New Year if it weren’t for your exceptional legal skills and devotion to my case. I was beyond impressed with the personal attention that you both, as my attorney and paralegal, gave to me during this most difficult period in my life. I have never seen such a combination of professional and personal attributes in anyone I’ve ever done business with. Today’s day and age of fast paced modernism has brought about so many changes that it is very nice, and rare, to see a professional who genuinely cares for the welfare of his client. I knew from the initial consultation that I had found the right legal team.

My life was shattered by the events that brought me to your office only 7 months ago. I had been to a couple of consultations before I met with you. I remember being extremely impressed ( and surprised ) to receive your call at 7:30 pm after, literally, 30 minutes from submitting a referral request on your website. I am even more impressed now that I know how busy you are. A first impression is a lasting one and this told me a lot about your concern to help my situation and the dedication you have to your practice.

I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of both the civilian and military legal systems you showed me during our initial consultation. It would be so easy just to go out and buy a pre-printed "Thank You" card and sign our names to say thank you for what you have done for us. But a card has never been written that can tell you how much we appreciate the hard work and dedication you have shown in these past months. This has been the hardest and most stressful time of our entire lives. When we didn't know which way to turn to seek legal help, Beth found you.

You and your staff have been there every step of the way to answer any and all questions that we've had. You have shown us both compassion and understanding during this ordeal. Your dedication has gone far beyond what we ever expected. There were times that you responded to questions in e-mail that were sent late at night and sometimes early in the morning. When something unexpected came up, you reacted immediately and always in our best interest. You seemed tireless in your efforts. At times it felt as though we were the only clients that you were working with.

There was never a moment that we didn't have total and complete trust in your advice and counsel. You always explained to us in great detail what was going on and what the possible outcome could be. The final outcome was far beyond what I had prayed for and better than I believe even you expected. You have given us our life back and we plan to fade into a normal life as before. In June 2009, my husband and I were celebrating life. Our youngest son just celebrated his first birthday; our oldest son was gearing up for first grade. I had just began a second career with the deaf, Cliff was excited about his upcoming deployment with the United States Navy, and we were about to buy land in the country to build a home. We were living out the American dream, and thanking God for His blessings. Then, suddenly, our world came crashing down with one phone call, one meeting, a handful of mistakes made by others, and plenty of tears. After fifteen years of dedicated military service, Cliff was looking at being forcibly discharged, through no fault of his own, leaving him and our family enveloped in panic and unsure of the future.

We began searching for civilian representation the same day. We were not having much luck talking with anyone, as it was past business hours on a Friday. After locating your information through your web site, Cliff and I thought we would at least leave a message after feeling inspired by your client's testimonials. As we sat on the front porch overwhelmed with worry, our tension was broken up by the telephone ringing. Within hours of learning about our unfortunate predicament, you called and immediately starting setting our minds at ease. You discussed your experience and took time to address many of our concerns.
